The Central Directory provides resources and information for
families with children who are eligible for Early On through Part C of the Individuals with
Disabilities Education Act .
It is intended for parents, educators, and other service providers
seeking resource information related to the identification, evaluation, and educational needs of
children ages birth to three with special needs and their families.
The content of the directory is drawn from a master database, maintained by the Center for Educational Networking (CEN) and reflects an extensive effort by CEN staff to make quarterly updates on each of the
records in the database by mail, telephone, fax, and electronic mail. (www.cenmi.org)
